What is your return policy?

Returns & Refund Policy

At JESUS IS KING APPAREL, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our returns and refunds policy below.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept eligible change-of-mind returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, items must:

Be unworn, unwashed and unused.
Be in their original condition.
Have all original tags attached.
Be free from stains, odors, damage or other signs of wear.

Please contact us before returning your item to receive return instructions. In-person returns are not accepted.

Return Shipping

For approved change-of-mind returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

We recommend using a tracked postage service, as JESUS IS KING APPAREL cannot be responsible for items lost while being returned.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your payment provider to complete the refund.

Sale & Promotional Items

Sale and promotional items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise stated.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

We will assess the product in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights are not limited by our 7-day change-of-mind return period.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item for another size or colour, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and the item meeting our change-of-mind return conditions.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. No in-person exchanges are accepted.

There is no additional exchange fee. Any applicable postage costs remain the customer's responsibility.

If an item is faulty or does not meet Australian Consumer Law requirements, your legal rights apply regardless of this 7-day exchange period.

First wash: Wash inside-out in cold water to set the dyes
Regular washing: Cold water, gentle cycle recommended
Drying: Air dry when possible to preserve fabric integrity
Storage: Fold rather than hang to prevent stretching
Prints (screen print and 3D puff): Wash inside-out and never iron directly over the print

Yes, on orders over $200. Every order over $200 ships free. For orders under $200, shipping is calculated at checkout, and we ship worldwide from Australia.
